APECS – European pilot line for advanced packaging and heterogeneous integrationHeld alongside the Sensor Decade conference in Oslo, Norway, this APECS roadshow brought the pilot line directly to the country's microelectronics and advanced sensor technology community. Through a dedicated EU session, APECS and FMD experts presented the access model and collaboration framework and highlighted the pilot line's capabilities for multi-material sensor integration. APECS was also presented with an exhibition booth throughout the conference, providing participants with an additional opportunity for direct exchange.
